Can't stop it from restarting and can't turn off, please help asap
My Samsung tablet won't stop restarting. I have looked at methods of fixing this but none of them work since it won't even Turn Off at all no matter what period of time I hold the button down it just won't. Otherwise it is the typical restarting problem with Android with a twist.
