Car won't start. Sounds like it tries but won't

Crv tries to start but wont. Lights and radio came on. Has coolant and changed spark plugs. Wont start when you try to jump it either. Any ideas what it could be?

First of all, what happens when you turn the key? Does the engine turn over but not start, or is it dead when you turn the key?

Yes does it click. If it does check battery voltage and clean terminal posts. But if it does not check for spark fuel. But also check the crankpositio. Sensor
