Error 2009 or 4005 - I have no idea what to do

Hello, I bought a broken iPhone 5S. It was not possible to charge the battery. So at first, I replaced the lightning connector with success, iTunes recognized the phone.

I tryed to recover it but without sucess.

Then I tryed other configurations. The screen/display is faulty. I only see strips and some colours. So I disconnected the screen unit, changed the battery (not the same APN), disconnected the cable with the power button and the rear camera. I also interchanged the logic board with another iPhone but all without sucess.

Everytime I got error 2009 or 4005. Error 2009 if I disconnect the rear camera + display unit. Error 4005 with the other battery and with display unit.

I have no idea what I can do now. :(

Thanks but no chance

* battery + connector = replaced

* tryed restore without display unit and connected home button

* put the logic board in another 5S

* tryed other USB ports and another PC

* bootet in DFU mode and used a downloaded iOS version 9.2.1 from gsmhosting

but all without success

The last option I know is to heat up the A5 processor chip like a reflow but I'm not sure if this really can help or if I damage.
