Turns on but then crashes

I dropped my ps3 and now some piece in it sounds loose when I shake it, I turn it on the light turns green it starts up the PlayStation logo goes up its starts going to the game menu but then it just crashes, the light turns off than then when I press the power button it turns red than I press again it turns green and it stays green nothing pops up on my TV than the ps3 won't turn off and I have to unplug it the exact same thing happened every time

Well definitely you or somebody else will have to open your PS3 and find out what is "loose". If this part is some metal piece than every move of your PS3 can be dangerous because of possibility of short circuit.

Problem could be practically everything in it - loose cables, screws lying in wrong places.....

Check everything ( use repair guide for teardown here on iFixit site) and after that let us know what is result of your investigation.
