Apple does not sell parts to 3rd parties or customers.
There are various ways to identify if a part is genuine. It depends on part you are looking at.

The only way to identify a genuine Apple part is to compare it very carefully with a genuine Apple part. This actually takes a bit of skill. For example, if you cannot identify a genuine Apple Lightning Cable or genuine Apple Wall Adapter, do not even attempt to identify genuine iPhone parts. When compared side by side the differences are obvious, but not to everyone.
