2 Why won’t the lens retract when I turn the camera off?
I recently turned the camera off and the lens did not retract like it normally does.

If you have turned the camera off and the lens did not retract, try turning the camera on and off again. If this solution does not work, then try turning the camera off, taking the battery out, and let the camera sit for a minute or two. Then put the battery back into the camera and turn the camera back on. If the lens will still not retract there may be a problem with the lens. Please refer to the Lens Replacement Guide.
