Why is my computer reseting?

I have just built my first computer and im trying to load windows for the first time. The problem is when the windows finish loading the windows starting screen comes on and my computer then resets. Please help....

Is the Windows CD still in the computer?

if yes: You must go to the BIOS/UEFI and change the priority to the Hard Drive. I think the main priority now is the Windows CD. Thats the Reason, why he restart the Computer.
