my vizio television has multiple horizontal line at the top of the screen. can this be fixed

@gjwith7 thast will depend on exaclty what thos e"lines " look like. Post an image of what you see with your question. Use this guide for that. That will allow us to see what you see. Horizontal lines are usually a LCD error (TAB errors). LCD displays are usually more costly (if even available) than a new TV. You should also let us know what make and model your TV is so that we potentially can check that out for you.
