Can't receive texts or pics
My Boost Max will take and make calls AND send texts, but will not receive texts or pics?

Hi,
Regarding receiving pictures ensure that the following setting is turned on.
Go to Menu > Settings > Wireless and Networks > more > Mobile Networks > Data Connection > On
Regarding not receiving texts try the following:
Go to Menu > Settings > Apps > all (swipe right )> Scroll down to Messaging, tap to enter then tap force stop and then tap clear data/cache, then shut down your phone and then restart it and see if clearing cache solved your problem, by sending a text to your phone (from another phone).
If it is still not working contact your mobile phone service provider's technical support section.
