I have an iphone 5s that has fallen into the water. When the iPhone has fallen in to water, the iphone has worked, for six months without problems. Now my iPhone does not work anymore . if the iPhone will turn the iPhone does not respond. one time the iPhone has showd iphonelogo and then he has failed again . Now my question is what could be the problem? which part ?

The iphone had just seconde of waterdamage and i already opende the iphone en its look goods noting bad to see ?

Water damage corrosion happens over time. Depending on the water situations, water could be inside the motherboard's metal shields. Corrosion under the shields will results in serious issues as most of the main components are under these shields. You wouldn't be able to see it. After 6 months of leaving it, the water damage will probably be beyond repair.

You can always try and send to a repair shop that has an ultra sonic cleaner. Someone like iPad Rehab could restore the phone for data recovery.

Yeah but i opende the phone and its look good . i already see the connector and ther is no corrosion everiting look good. but my question is what can i change from parts to work again

If it is not booting up, it is a motherboard problem. I guarantee that there is corrosion under the metal shields.
