I want to replace some chips on an iPhone motherboard, but i need certain tools for that and i don't know what these tools are called. Can somebody please name all the tools used in this video (including this paste or whatever that is)? I only want to know what the tools are called in this video, not anything about the content of the tutorial.

Kilian Schwarz, we absolutely do not condone the contents of this video. It is only showing thieves how to circumvent the phones security. I am confident, since you had to ask what those tools were, you will not be capable of performing that task. Since this is ifixit and you ask about the tools, not the despicable act of taking someones hard earned money by stealing, here is my answer.
at 00:37 is a soldering iron
at 00:40 is a vise
at 01:09 is a hot air rework station and a scalpel
at 03:11 is flux
and now GTFO

iMedic, I think that was the other old turkey (mayer) :-) I totally agree with what you are saying. The content of this video just condones theft by trying to circumvent the security that makes us think our phones are safe when lost or stolen.
