My keyboard stopped responding? Mouse work but no keys

Aced aspire cloud book 14

Recently bought the acer cloud book and while surfing the net the keyboard stopped typing and responding altogether,tried restoring the laptop but no joy tried a few fn+ f6 etc. again no joy... it hasn't been dropped or damaged,really frustrating.Thanks in advance

Hi,

Try connecting a USB keyboard. If it works and your Cloudbook keyboard hasn't restored after you have restarted the laptop it may be that your keyboard is faulty. Contact Acer regarding a warranty repair/replacement.
