That appears to be a SATA hard drive connection. One side is power, the other the data cable.

yes it appears to be that but its not the normal sata connection.i'll upload pic of a 2.5"hhd for camparism.

Hi,
Mayer was right. It is a SATA connection. It is called a 7pin SATA Slimline. 7pin SATA with micro SATA power connector. There are adapters, search for "microSATA to SATA
