How do you get in phone if you forgot pass lock???

You cant get into it, you need to restore the software, but all your data will be lost. The restore process goes trough the DFU mode...

You might be able to backup your device with iTunes prior to restoring. I can't remember if this needs a passcode or not though.
You need passcode :(
