MacBook Pro water damage, OS X running really slow?

I have a MacBook Pro 2009 Unibody model that was water damaged. I opened up the laptop, took everything out and cleaned it with some rubbing alcohol. After doing that, the laptop was finally able to turn on. However, when it boots into OS X, it is incredibly slow and laggy and the fan is constantly running at top speed. I understand that perhaps a sensor was damaged or some other small component on the board was fried. Now the strange part is that although the MacBook does not run OS X as smoothly as it should, it runs Windows 7 and Ubunto perfectly fine.

I would start off by resetting the SMC to see if that clears things. Follow this Apple T/N: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac.

The next thing I would do here is download this app: TG Pro It will allow you to see the sensors and fans. Take a screenshot of what it shows and paste it into your question so we can see it as well.
