Wont charge, battery replaced 4 times

Hello,

My iPhone is showing the charging Icon, the battery is freeze and discharging I try change battery 4 times and it shows when its charging when I connect to my Mac but the battery is freeze and only discharge help I know

I don't know English very well :D

Something like this happened to me when I replaced my battery, there's a little metal bracket. Someone told me that it was a gage, his job is to tell your phone how much charge is left and when the phone has to shut down, if it’s not replaced correctly, the phone won't be able to know how much charge he can let in.
