“One way audio voice call" problem on Bluetooth (headset and car)

Hello all,

The terminal in question is a iPhone 5S which after a battery replacement is having an “one way audio voice call" problem on Bluetooth (headset and car).

Caller party is hearing me very well but I do not hear anything from him.

The music streaming and turn by turn navigation is working well on the same BT connection.

I’ve read about mixing up the short with the long screws used for fixing the plate over the screen connectors, but putting them correct hasn’t worked for me.

I’ve even managed to break the screw from the bottom right end of that plate, the nut with the thread was ripped off.

Knowing the above, please express your opinions if the issue is on the Audio Compiler Chip (as you somehow suggested on some video channel).

I am interested in a repair, therefore please advice for a capable service and an ideea of the cost involved.

The iPhone 5S is a 32GB and everything else is working very well, except BT.

Answer this question I have this problem too
