Rear Facing camera black

I was in the pool with my phone for an hour under water before I realized it. Cleaned it, dried it, All worked except rear camera was a black screen and the flashlight app. Replaced the camera and still the same. Is there another part that would have gone bad. Flashlight app shows that the light is already in use, and then uses the front screen for the app. Please let me know what I need to look at next. Thanks, Bill
