Completed the ifixit battery replacement process,and after putting the phone back together everything works but instead of seeing my 4G connection in the top left it just shows "Searching".I don't know if I need to reconnect something and go back into opening up the phone or it may be just a connection issue that will eventually go away.Does anyone have any answers for this?

Press the home button and power button down until the phone reboots.
This will do a hard reset and will not erase data.
You might want to check the SIM card tray and reader to make sure the pins are there and the reader us not damaged.

Thanks Jake,but it wasn't that.When I turned my phone on I didn't have my data turned on,it was just connected to my WiFi.So when I turned my data back on there was a signal.Thanks for answering though.
