I'm not heard during calls

When I make/receive calls the other party can't hear me. This happens only for calls, meaning that when I'm using apps like Viber there is no problem at all. I tried rebooting. But that didn't work.

Answer this question I have this problem too

First of all, verify that the phone doesn't think that headphones are connected. This can be done by changing the volume, while on the home screen - the phone will display Ringer (headphones) instead of just Ringer.

If this is the case, your phone thinks it was a secondary microphone connected and therefore disables all internal microphones. This can be fixed by either cleaning the headphone jack connector - preferably with cotton bud soaked in isopropyl alcohol.

If this does not help, you need to replace the dock connector. The dock connector flex cable also contains the main microphone and jack connector.
