What's wrong with my cellphone?

The speaker of my phone is obviously broken cuz i can't hear anything but when i record something then hear it using headphones it has a sound, so i thought the mouth piece of my phone is working fine but when i call someone i can hear them over the headphone but they can't hear me..Do you happen to know whats wrong? HELP!? Please..

Hi,

What is the make and model of your phone? Do you have the earphones with a microphone attached? If you are only using earphones without the microphone, nobody will hear you because the internal microphone is cut off.

What is the make and model number of your phone? Have you tried using the earphones with the microphone attachment and check if you can hear alright then. Have you tried the loudspeaker option to check if you can hear? Have you checked the volume level? Just trying to narrow down the problem.
