Broken connectors while changing I/O board.

“Changing i/o board macbook air 13" 2010. I broke off two connectors when changing. Do you know where I can purchase a couple of new connectors?”

It's just the connector end from the speaker? The thin black plastic piece? do you still have it?

Thank you. If I leave it connected for the time being without tape, what could short, just the speaker?

That's a tricky question you could short the i/o board maybe just the speaker maybe nothing but I would'nt leave it like that unless you had kapton tape which still is not the best solution.

You'll need to order a new or used working speaker assembly .
