Remove the agitator, check out a few Utube videos for you model.

Dontave a good answer.trying to unscrew bolt unde center covers of agitator, very difficult. Wife’s expensive pajama bottom won’t com out from under the agitator. First time this has happened. I feel. The Sears people should fix the problem, not me.
