ZTE White Screen after glass replacement-Nothing Else!

I replaced the touch screen lens of the phone being careful with cables etc and they all look fine but when I turned the phone back on it powers up but only a vibration then white screen and nothing more. The phone is a ZTE Paragon Z753G that I found which had moisture inside and a shattered glass. Once it dried out it worked fine so I bought a screen online and hoped to fix as a cheep upgrade to my old phone. I followed online videos as much as possible but there is nothing for this model. Does anyone have any ideas, have I ruined it? thanks Lynne

PS...I have seen online that some glass faces aren't removable from the LCD screen, both pieces are one whole unit. This is the piece I purchased - was it the wrong item? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK....don't worry, I fixed it. After spending hours yesterday cleaning and re-cleaning connections I read somewhere else to loosen a few screws around the LCD, not sure if that was the deciding factor, I also disassembled and re-cleaned more connectors this morning and also prayed to the electronics god to get it going for me so maybe it was Him.... Anyway SUCCESS! -So HAPPY! -BIG SMILE!

The water damage makes it more complicated to diagnose. Likly the water damage is the problem or , damage to cables or componets on the logic board, damaged conector to the lcd. If you have acces to a micro scope you could rule out a few things.
