How to remove SIM card from slot without the slot tray?

I accidentally put the Sim card in without the tray. Tinkered with it a little, but not ready to start trying crazy methods just yet.

Would you suggest a repair kit on this kind of phone or is it simpler than Alcatel tech support makes it out to be?

(note) Tight budget after purchasing the phone. Repair shop would be last resort.

Answer this question I have this problem too

There is going to be some force of the pins pressing against the board, but if you tap it with some force it should fall out. Try tap the phone on its side allowing the sim to fall out.

You can also open the phone(not that hard at all) and access the logic board. The Sim card reader is on the underside of it. You just need a clothes pin etc to push the sim card out through the little opening holes.

I fixed it!! A little metal super glue on the end of the slot tray and pull slowly. Loctite ultragel is what I used. Bam!
