Why is my touch hard to use or unresponsive?

okay guys i have done multiple iphone 6 and plus (glass only) repairs, followed ALL the necessary steps.... whenever i get the original glass off and test everything is in perfect working condition, but whenever im done with the repair and have the new screen on everything is still working but you have to use force to get the touch to respond, like push really hard. ive tried to restore, hard reset, adjust flex cables but nothing seems to make it respond better.... WHY IS THIS HAPPENING???? and how can i fix it, its happened on the last 3 out of 5 of my repairs

Are you using a mold? It could be that the loca mold is too far away from the actual digitizer.

Your glass could also be too thick/not OEM spec.

Are you using OCA or LOCA, OCA glue makes it less responsive sometimes.
