What Logic Board can I use? iMac 27" (late 2009)

I have an iMac 27' Late 2009

i7 2.8ghz EMC 2374 Model A1312

The video connector broke and is not repairable, what models of logic boards can I replace this one with?

nmartinez01985, your board should be Apple part number 661-5428. Additional boards that should fit your iMac are part number

Sometimes repair services that offer microsoldering can assist you soldering a new connector in place. Might be less expensive and are an option to consider.

as my USB ports are failed and just left 1 port available, can I replace just the USB port module? ... or I have to replace the logic board at all?
