Hi,

Here is a link that may help you. According to the link if you try Option A this does not erase your data.

I have already tried Option A. Main issue is every time I try to take backup by cut paste, it again shows the same data on tab though few files got copied on SD card before it reboots again.

I cannot take backup on PC as it stays on home screen for hardly 30 seconds.

Hi,

Just a thought , You may have to be quick, but can you connect to a PC turn on tab, then tap on Connect USB storage in tab, if and when that notification happens, In the PC select the tab's 'drive' you want to access the data from and start copying. I have read, maybe not true that once downloading starts it carries on working. Worth a try perhaps

Hi Jayeff, I have tried this option too but as soon PC detects the tab, it restarts again

Hi Nisha Nirwan, Sorry I can't think of anything more to try and recover your data. As you know a hard reset will probably fix your tab but lose your data. Maybe you should try a professional data recovery service and see if they can do it.

Hi Jayeff, I checked with service center but they said that data will not be recovered. I want to get its RAM replaced but they replace RAM for desktop/laptop not tab/mobile.
