My iPhones earspeaker dont work after rear plastic change.what to do?

today i fix alone my broken iphone..(has broken rear plastic).before i fix it..all the hardware worked great without any problem.it was just the plastic.i try to fix it(change plastic with new one from internet).after 4 hours of repairing it.i finaly closed and i try to boot up the iphone.iphone started all works fine but the earspeaker dont work.i am happy because i fix it and sad because i cant hear any call any more...(hands free and loudspeaker work perfect!)... please help me..

try reseating connector no. 3.it controls earpiece

how to do this???

by

slide to power off phone then open iphone again-just to front display assembly and you will see connectors labelled 1, 2, 3. to access no.3 you will need to lift the first two. lift hinge on connector no.3 and slide out. then reverse the process. no 3 doesn't have to be in all the way to white line but you'll feel a resistance that it's in place (seated) then replace the other 2 connectors, replace screen and dock screws. power up and see what happens
