Have no brake lights hazards or turn signals

I'm not sure how to work on the suburban!

Hi,

Here is some info for you.

Fuse No.1 is for your brake lights and your hazard lights. If no lights after fuse, if found blown, is replaced check your light globes. If nothing works check that the fuse hasn't blown again. Fuse 16 is for the turn lights. If the fuse is blown and then when you replace it you find the the turn lights flash rapidly (depending on whether you select left or right) there will be a blown light that you need to replace as well. If the turn lights don't flash and you don't hear the flasher unit clicking, then you need to check/replace it. (see last image for its' location).
