Weird Fan noise near front right of ps4

Hello,

I have a cuh-1215b model ps4 and have been noticing a weird noise coming from the front right of the console.It sounds like this:

Is this serious?

It is only audible when you are within 4 cm of the front right of the console.

Is this something I should be worried about and will it get worse...

Sounds normal to me for a PS4 that has had a lot of use. My fan in PS4 sounds a bit "rattly" as well. I did take apart might PS4 at one point to clean out all the dust. It helped, but not completely.

I have only had it for a week, after doing some research I found out it is normal in the cuh-1200 series of the ps4
