oil leak on the part that holds the oil filter on

98 honda accord part that bolts to the engine that holds the oil filter leaks where it bolts to the engine is it hard to get it off the engine and replce gasket

@gbisstumpet not a common place to find a leak. First I'd check to make sure that it is not the oil pressure switch which is located exactly above the oil filter adapter (depending on your engine size which you did not give us). The plastic housing could have cracked and oil will drip from the switch downward and drip off the bottom of the adapter. The oil filter adapter is a bit of a pain to get to...
