I have a problem :(

I have iPad mini 3 and I want to change the external screen when the screen changed and moved home button

It became the home button and the fingerprint does not work

what I do? :(

Nothing.

If you broke the home button, you lose it forever.

Also DO NOT reinstall iOS, you will destroy the iPad.
