How do I remove new battery that I put in 180° out.

Removed the defective battery. placed down new strips. Pushed down the battery and discovered I placed it in 180° out. (It's not upside down) The connector is on the top.

Now, how do I remove it? It's in there pretty good.

What a dumb $@$* thing to do!

Pull the adhesive off and buy a new set of adhesive to stick on, easy.

The adhesive was UNDER the battery. I could not pry the battery without applying heat on the backside of the case, then I was able to remove it.

Thanks for your input

Remove the battery from the adhesive as carefully as possible, if you damage or puncture the battery you will need to replace it with another new battery. You can use a little heat on the backside of the iPhone under the battery to loosen the adhesive.
