My daughters each have 7" RCA Tablets. They both stopped working completely within 2 days of each other. I can't get either of them to even turn on to any screen whatsoever. Help! I can't afford to buy new ones as these are not even 6 months old. Same thing happened to the family computer last year.. Viruses?? I'm tech-challenged.

If they do not show any indication that they are charging etc, given that they are only 6 months old, here is a link which details the Warranty offered by RCA on their products. Contact the number supplied in the link to get warranty service for your tablets.

Hi,
have you tried connecting each of them to a charger? What happens- do you get any indication that they are charging? If so allow them to fully charge then try turning them on.
