restart all the time by it self

hey i have a Sony SVE1712Z1EB Laptop and it start to boot up and restart by it self all the time and there is a black screen that says windows reparing it self and it may take up to 1 hour but then comes a blue screen that says failed to repair and start all over again and the same thing so plz need your help and i dont want to lose my data inside photos and video and some of my documents so plz tell me what to do

Hello,

First : To save your data :

You can use an external hdd case to plug your HDD into it and connect it to a computer.

Or you can connect your HDD on desktop with a second SATA and check into the hard drive to save your data.
