Error 23! while restoring the iPhone in DFU mode!

Hi guys!

I have a iphone 3gs 32gb which is right now in "Restore mode" (cable & a cd mark on screen)ive tried restoring it in DFU mode and the restore mode as well and i always get an error! in DFU mode i get "Error 23" and in restore mode i get 1301 error! can anybody provide me with SOLTUION TO FIX IT?

there is no solution to this problem.. yet! it is a problem with the "radio" on motherboard.
