iPhone 5s Camera Led Flashlight

So just replaced the logic board in my phone all works well, only little snag is that the flashlight doesn't seem to be working . When you turn the flash on with camera lower part of flash seem to go off but not as it should. Any ideas on how to get the flash working again???
