Thin green line, touchscreen unresponsive after battery replacement

After replacing my battery, every thing seemed OK until there was a green line running down the left side of my phone screen. Basically everything there now no longer works properly, and it is impossible to reach the numerical keyboard now unless you disable other keyboards. Is there a way to fix this? I tried opening the phone and playing with the display while it was on but nothing changed. What is causing this?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Maybe disconnect the battery and screen, than holding the powerbutton for a few seconds and than reconnect everything.

Hope it works.
