Touch screen is not working after upgrade to iOS 9

I had upgraded to iOS 9.

The touch screen is not working and so I couldn't unlock it.

sometimes touch seems to work but when I touch slide to unlock it behaves like its not touched.

I tired to hard reset by holding home and power button for 10s and that also not working.

Can I do complete reset using hardware keys ?

or

Can I do something using the iTunes ? (But as the phone has to be unlocked I don't think I can do something with this)

Any help is appreciated !

Options

For resetting your device try DFU mode.

1. Plug your device into your computer & start iTunes.

2. Hold the powerbutton & homebutton for around 10 secs, than release ONLY the powerbutton!

So keep the homebutton pressed! Than iTunes will give you a pop-up to reset your device!
