OnePlus One is dead, but Data Rescue possible?

My OPO fell down on the display. Display is not broken, but the phone don't do anything anymore. Even the charging LED isn't working. So my question. Is it possible to get the EMMC 5.0 storage out of the phone. Put it on a pc via adapter and use an Emulator with the storage to use Titanium Backup, backup all Apps an copy on a new phone?

Possible or not?

Or maybe another way?
