Will not talk to the internet

my tablet will show connected to the internet but has no blue bars and will not talk to the internet. Happen twice before did a factory reset and worked for a month each time.

Answered! View the answer I have this problem too

Hi,

Not quite sure where it is located in your Tab but go to Menu > Settings > Apps > swipe right side to ALL Apps, then scroll down and find Download Manager. The Apps are listed alphabetically, with working apps first then disabled apps.

Tap to enter Download Manager. If there is an Enable button tap it then try to go online.

If it says 'disable' tap to disable, then clear cache. reboot Tab then navigate back to download manager and enable it as above.

See if you can access the internet with your browser.

Hi,

You've probably been here but anyway. Different things to try

1. Check that Airplane mode is not enabled. Settings > Wireless and Networks > More > Airplane Mode

2. Go to Settings > Wireless and Networks > WiFI touch menu icon (3 vertical dots)> Advanced > Keep WiFi during sleep select the option to keep Wifi connected.

3. Forget the network you're connected to and then find and reconnect to it.

In the WiFI settings screen touch the name of your network > touch forget.

Before you do this make sure you know the password to reconnect to your network. At this stage I would restart your tablet and then proceed to

re-connect to your WiFi network.
