Can't hook up to wifi

My WiFi is locked in the off position. I noticed in setting, that my phones ip address is unavailable and also the Mac address is unavailable. What do I do?

Hi,
Try a factory restore on your phone to reset it and see if this solves your problem.
Be aware that all your downloaded apps and user data will be erased, (also note the option about erasing your SD Card as well, remove it before you start) and that your phone will be restored to a factory default condition.
Before you perform a factory restore, Backup your phone, make sure that the battery is fully charged and do not perform the reset with the charger still connected.
