Are there fake camera parts on ebay?
I want to purchase a rear iphone 5 camera but there are some for 2$ on ebay,why is that? Are they fake? Which ones are and which ones aren't?

Bioxed, I am sure that there are fake parts out there. Just like anything else in live, you get what you pay for. Choose a vendor that has a reasonable good feedback and contact them ahead of time. Make payments by paypal so that you have some kind of recourse in case the part is not working. There are no other ways to determine ahead of time if people are going to try to cheat.

How can I spot a real one
You cannot unless you have it in your hand for a proper side by side comparison. Images on places like ebay will always be of an original until you receive the part.
