Blue screen black lines no cracks

Dropped the phone on it's back. Will still turn on and off. Has blue screen with black lines. No cracked front screen. Still has volume. Is it fixable and how or where and how much should I expect to pay?.

Sounds like your display cable detached slightly when the device was dropped on its back. If you have some jewelers tools and some electronics experience you can check for this yourself at no cost. If your phone is an iPhone 4S, use this guide here.

You won't need the entire guide to reattach a cable. Just use steps 1, 2, 13, and 17. Looking at the picture in step 17, you will only be concerned with the connections shown in the yellow and green boxes.

If you don't have the tools or expertise, you can have a professional in your area open it up for you. It'll only take them a few minutes once they have started. Total cost will vary depending on parts and labor needed.
