Est-ce que la tablette fonctionne normalement lorsqu'il est connecté au chargeur ?

Si oui, alors la batterie est probablement défaillant et doit être remplacé . Voici un lien qui montre comment remplacer la batterie de votre tablette.

Si non, assurer le chargeur dispose d'une sortie de 5V 2A ( 2000mA ) . Cela peut être trouvée imprimé sur le chargeur. Un chargeur avec une sortie moins de courant electrique ( < 2A) ne peut pas exécuter la tablette et de charger / maintenir la batterie en même temps .

Does the tablet work normally when it is connected to the charger?

If yes, then the battery is probably failing and needs to be replaced. Here is a link which shows how to replace the battery in your tablet.

If no, ensure the charger has an output of 5V 2A (2000mA). This can be found printed on the charger. A charger with less current output (<2A) cannot run the tablet and charge / maintain the battery at the same time.

Oui la tablette fonctionne sans problème lorsqu'elle est en charge et le chargeur dispose d'une sortie de 5V 2A.

Je vais acheter une nouvelle batterie et la changer moi-même.
