factory reset not working

I was factory resetting my phone but it doesn't get reset..when i factory reset once it got switched off and after some time whole screen get blue and after some time phone start and no resetted..plz help

Options

Make sure you have enough battery power to do the deed phone should be fully charged so it doesnt quit during the process. charge the phone and try again
