Can I replace the fan in here with a DC6V fan?

I bought a DC6V fan and want to use it to replace the fan I have in this 13" white macbook. Looking at all the tutorials, it looks like the fan in here is a DC5V. Will this new fan work if I install it?

I do not have a straight answer for you but know that in most of the computers Apple puts out now the fans are timed through the logic board and if they are not they will usually over run or not run at all. I would look for the exact fan replacement even if it means buying a dead machine off eBay depending on the reason the eBay machine is being sold. I usually sell dead machines complete for around $100. I do not currently have any for sale at this time.
