The mac mini didn't start. Nothing!

today 22 december 2015 I tried to change this processor with T7500 but nothing happens , the mac mini didn't start. Nothing !

So I changed the hard disk with an ssd and replaced the original processor 1,83 ghz

Answer this question I have this problem too
