white lines appeared on the laptop screen

i got white lines on my lenovo G50-70 laptop screen , lines increase and decrease by pressure on the bottom of screen or holding the laptop from the back side .

Ive seen this problem before ,our solution was to remove the bezel from the screen to expose the fasteners and snug the fastener around the edge of the screen. The hold downs have worked loose and the screen is not held firmly in place causing the lines in the screen .Tightening them up solved our issue. Hope this helps

@mhran if those are vertical lines then you most likely have a TAB error on ther LCD panel. This would require to replace it.
